Are you a Primary or Secondary Teacher looking at a career change?  We are looking for a passionate Teacher to support the Education Team in delivering superior service delivery through activities such as content creation for the Secondary School digital online programs and various community programs. This role will oversee daily administration of the online digital platform, high school bespoke programs, community programs and our RAP activities from planning stage to final delivery and evaluation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and maintenance of e-Learning platform(s) to maintain the online programs content into interactive online modules
• In collaboration with colleagues, create and maintain content for secondary education programs and community initiatives through multiple delivery channels
• Conduct research and stay up to date with training and educational delivery trends and best practices to enhance program content
• Create engaging and interactive resources, including lesson overviews, assessments, and supplementary materials
• Operational management and delivery of secondary education and communities' programs
• Lead the coordination of resources to deliver secondary education and community's programs
• Support the planning and delivery of bespoke community programs/ events not limited to; the Youth Eco Summit, Future of Transport

What You'll Bring

• Primary or Secondary Teaching qualifications
• Knowledge of education industry and frameworks
• Experience with creating digital content and administration with an online LMS/digital platform
• Intermediate to advanced understanding and skills with Office 365 applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of organization and time management-ability to keep track of multiple processes
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Tenacity to follow up and close off every piece of work
• Demonstrated ability to participate positively in a team environment
• Experience in delivering educational programs within schools and the community
