Our marine businesses are leading the way with initiatives to attract, recruit and retain talent on Sydney Harbour, including a program to develop maritime careers for First Nations women and partnering with Asuria and Tribal Warrior to train at least ten recruits each year.

As a proud Thunghutti/Dunghutti (Mid North coast of NSW) Wiradjuri (North West NSW) and Jawoyn (Pine Creek NT) man. Throughout my career I always choose an organisation that their values align with my personal values.
