Diversity and inclusion at work
We foster a culture that respects and celebrates diversity in all its forms to create an environment where everyone can feel they truly belong. When our people feel safe to bring their whole selves to work, everyone benefits. It’s the unique attributes of our people that make us great at what we do, and the NRMA a great place to work.

provide a safe space for community members and allies to come together.
It's nice to be recognised
The commitment of our people to creating a safe and inclusive environment has seen us recognised as
a great place to work. While we don't do it for the awards, we're proud to help lead the way.
I am proud to work for a company that fosters an environment where you feel safe and encouraged to be your authentic self. It’s one that connects to Countries daily to deliver impacts for First Nations peoples, organisations and communities. I feel blessed that my ancestors have paved this path for us to walk together.
Di Ellis
Senior Indigenous Engagement Manager
As a proud Thunghutti/Dunghutti (Mid North coast of NSW) Wiradjuri (North West NSW) and Jawoyn (Pine Creek NT) man. Throughout my career I always choose an organisation that their values align with my personal values. I was excited to read through The NRMA's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and dissecting their commitments for our First Nations employees, communities and most importantly employment. Working with an all inclusive organisation it allows me to bring my whole self to work, having the support and most importantly respect to share my expertise and culture in a culturally safe environment.
