We keep people moving
Help is who we are
We're all about keeping people moving and safe on the road, in the community and in our dedicated teams. From Roadside Assistance Patrols and Tow Truck Drivers to our Corporate and Call Centre crews, we’re always on the lookout for born helpers.
Meet customer service legend Kori
Kori is one of our passionate Customer Service Representatives. Hear from him about what it takes to be on the team and what he loves about working here. If you're looking for a fun and supportive environment with great people, we might be looking for you, too.
A day in the life of a towie
Meet Nardia, one of our newest tow truck drivers. She left her job in landscaping and turned her amazing people skills to a career that she loves. If you have a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn something new, could tow truck driving be for you?
Meet our teams
I really love the family-oriented culture. We don’t just help members, we help each other in a supportive environment.

I am proud to work for a company that fosters an environment where you feel safe and encouraged to be your authentic self. It’s one that connects to Countries daily to deliver impacts for First Nations peoples, organisations and communities. I feel blessed that my ancestors have paved this path for us to walk together.
Di Ellis
Senior Indigenous Engagement Manager
As a proud Thunghutti/Dunghutti (Mid North coast of NSW) Wiradjuri (North West NSW) and Jawoyn (Pine Creek NT) man. Throughout my career I always choose an organisation that their values align with my personal values. I was excited to read through The NRMA's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and dissecting their commitments for our First Nations employees, communities and most importantly employment. Working with an all inclusive organisation it allows me to bring my whole self to work, having the support and most importantly respect to share my expertise and culture in a culturally safe environment.
