Leave options to keep you balanced

Planning a long holiday or keen to spend school holidays with the kids? You can purchase up to two weeks' additional leave on top of your standard leave.

Enjoy one day of paid volunteer leave each year to give back to a charity you care about, or join your team for a rewarding day helping the community.

Get one additional leave day per calendar year to rest and restore your balance.

Receive 18 weeks' paid parental leave, regardless of your gender or tenure with us. The leave must be taken in one block before your child is 2 years of age.

Along with competitive regular contributions, you'll receive paid super on unpaid primary carer leave for up to 34 weeks. It's just one of the ways we're committed to closing the gender pay gap.
