Job Description

Qualifications

What you will do:

Reporting into the Group Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing all NRMA Parks & Resorts internal conferences and events.  You will provide end to end event coordination and management, to support to all business functions.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, design and manage all event detail for internal events including, but not limited to, the NRMA Parks & Resorts Annual Conference, charity events, Senior Leadership Team offsite events, Board visits.
  • Liaise with external suppliers relevant to event planning and execution process
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and ascertain specific business event objectives.
  • Conduct post event evaluation and report accordingly.
  • Managing and operating within specified event budgets.
  • Work with the Group Food & Beverage Manager on specific Parks and Resorts projects including but not limited to, Park activations and events, specific Parks and Resorts conferencing packs and business development support.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a large events based product
  • Experience in managing large events for 100+ attendees, over multiple days in duration
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and prioritize accordingly
  • Proven network of supplier and vendor relationships
  • Invested interest, passion, or experience in Food and Beverage, or Food and Beverage social content (a bonus)
