We’re looking for an inspiring Guest Experience Manager to transform and elevate Guest Experience and Activities at NRMA Treasure Island Resort. This is a Full Time, salaried, leadership role for someone ready to build, lead and energise teams while delivering next-level holiday fun for guests of all ages.

As Guest Experience Manager, you’ll take ownership of the resort’s Guest Experience and Activities function. You’ll lead and develop a passionate team, design engaging programs, and oversee daily activities and special events that bring the resort to life. You’ll oversee Activities, Guest Experience and Pool Attendants, and play a key role in delivering calendar-based resort events and group experiences, particularly during peak and holiday periods.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Build, lead and motivate a high-performing Guest Experience and Activities team, creating a positive, energetic and inclusive culture.
- Design Exceptional Experiences: Create, plan and deliver a diverse and exciting activities and events program — from themed celebrations and school holiday programs to movie nights, arts & crafts and family-friendly entertainment.
- Be Hands-On: Actively host and support activities when needed, setting the standard for guest engagement, confidence and fun.
- Own the Events Calendar: Work closely with the Resort Manager to develop, manage and continuously improve the resort and group events calendar.
- Develop Your Team" Recruit, train, coach and roster team members, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee equipment, conduct audits, and ensure all activities are delivered safely, compliantly and to brand standards
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading, supporting and training teams in a guest-focused or activities-based environment.
- A vibrant, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Confidence hosting events, using a microphone, and engaging groups of all ages.
- Experience facilitating group activities, events or entertainment programs.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to make every guest feel welcome.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience managing schedules and event calendars.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday peak periods.
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
