Reporting to the Resort Manager, this exciting newly created role provides exceptional service to all guests by leading and overseeing the activities department at NRMA Blue Dolphin Resort.  You will work closely with the Resort Manager to provide a safe and entertaining environment by planning, leading, coordinating and delivering specialised and scheduled activities for our guests who are young and young at heart.

Our activities team are the life of the party and provide a number of experiences for our guest, up to 365 days a year.  This is a permanent part time position with around 20-35 hours per week.

What you will bring:

• Supervising, training and mentoring Activities Coordinators
• Creating, implementing and coordinating activities programs and events
• Creating and managing rosters for the Activities team 
• Coordinating equipment associated with all activities programs and perform audits of activities equipment
• Outgoing bubbly personality
• Confident working with people of all ages
• Ability to facilitate outdoor activities and entertainment for large number of children/guests
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment especially through peak periods
• Confident talking on a microphone when hosting events etc
• Not afraid to make a fool of yourself
• Strong customer service skills
• Working with Children's Check 
• An availability across weekends, public and school holiday periods
