Join our dynamic People and Culture team as a Human Resources Business Partner in a permanent full time capacity. This is a hybrid opportunity, working between our offices at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD and working from home. Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture – SIXT Australia, you will support the SIXT business to drive successful People and Culture initiatives and strategic objectives. You will be key in ensuring collaboration across many teams facilitates tactical execution of business goals.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Supporting the successful delivery of people initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders
- Playing a key role in managing and delivering cyclical People activities
- Utilising change management and project management skills to successfully implement key projects
- Actively gathering data and provide insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and themes to support People initiatives and measure their success
- Collaborating with Senior leadership to identify and design optimal business structures, capabilities and ways of working
- Developing appropriate action initiatives with the support of others
- Partnering with business stakeholders to actively identify and contribute to the development of P&C strategic initiatives to solve people problems and improve the overall employee experience.
- Under the leadership of the General Manager of People and Culture – SIXT Australia, collaborating with key business stakeholders to interpret business needs and people initiatives.
- Leading Cultural Transformation initiatives – Developing and implementing strategic programs to foster a positive, inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
