SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full Time Concierge to join the team in Sydney Airport.

As a Concierge, you will provide exceptional and memorable service experiences to our customers and contribute to the successful operation of our location.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Showing customers to their rented vehicle and explaining all essential features of the vehicle
• Ensuring customer expectations of the rented vehicle are met by accommodating any requests and needs
• Proactively communicating any customer feedback to Managers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage when the rented vehicle is returned
• Explaining the Exit Rental Process to customers
• Delivering vehicles between sites
• Safely transporting customers and their luggage between the Terminals and our Office
• Complying with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy

• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills and/or experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (desirable)
• Current Unrestricted Full Open Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
• Full working rights in Australia (mandatory)

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
