Job Description

In this exciting career opportunity you will contribute to the strategic plan by focusing on the administration of Membership product by providing help desk style support to internal & external customers & Members in the application, understanding and interpretation of product, system & internal processes. This in turn enables the frontline to provide a superior member service through the essential processing of member administration and by providing support for the business in ensuring knowledge transfer relating to systems and product processes.

What You'll Do

  • Provides a sales support help desk function to internal & external customers & Members
  • Monitors enquiries & system trends to ensure efficient/effective process management
  • Contributes to internal/external customer communications
  • Review and process customer and membership related enquiries and/or requests
  • Management of departmental and internal processes
  • Management of Campaign fulfillment and reporting

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service environment (minimum 3-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions
  • Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate patience with difficult callers
  • Ability to align to process improvement suggestions
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation and work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to all organisational policies and procedures
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable to change tasks as directed as the business requires.
