In this exciting full-time max term contract until end February 2026, you will be working with business owners and key stakeholders across the business to build cross-functional project delivery teams. You will provide project leadership, expertise, skills, guidance and support throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be a collaborative team player, engaging with key stakeholders, collaborating across the business and technology teams whilst maintaining a consistent approach to delivery, governance and reporting across the group portfolio. You will also support the PMO responsibilities within the team to ensure effective management of project artefacts and approvals and adherence to the Project Governance Framework. You will be required to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 Years Minimum Project Management Experience
- Ability to train/coach Junior Project Manager level
- Project Management certification in at least one Project Management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
- Previous experience in Project related roles essential (e.g Junior Project Manager/Project Co-ordinator)
- Experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects of various types
- Confidently manages a project through the entire lifecycle
- Confidently leads project meetings & steercos
- Good stakeholder management and communication
- Experienced in risk and issue management
