Job Description

  • Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, iterating digital interfaces based on user feedback to create seamless and engaging digital experiences
  • Facilitate the creation of design artefacts for member journeys, including user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and visual designs
  • Design, drive, and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders, leveraging design thinking and lean design methodologies
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly design interfaces for web and mobile applications grounded in human-centred design
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and customer goals
  • Conduct and synthesise user testing and usability sessions, gathering insights to inform design decisions
  • Utilise and contribute to the digital design system, ensuring consistency and innovation in componentry

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design
  • At least 2 years’ experience delivering UX/UI designs within a fast-paced agile environment, with specific experience in mobile app design
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms
  • Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer lifecycle, needs, and how customer insight drives experience
  • Passion for co-designing meaningful digital experiences and championing the customer in design delivery
  • Broad experience across user flows, UX/UI, agile development, and lean design
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions
  • Openness to, or experience with, using AI in the design process (desired)
  • Key skills: strategic thinking, prototyping, innovation, problem solving, design systems, user empathy, collaboration, customer research, and attention to detail
