SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time SME Business Development Manager based in Sydney. This is a hybrid opportunity working from home and our offices, centrally located at Barrack Place and Sydney Olympic Park.

Your role at SIXT
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Consistently achieve Sales Revenue targets in line with organisational objectives.
- Design and execute strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and nurture relationships to grow the sales pipeline.
- Proactively pursue and convert sales leads from various sources.
- Negotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new SME clients and prospect and analyse potential customers to offer SIXT products that meet their needs.
- Continuously improve sales processes, optimise daily routines and overcome objections by actively listening and applying innovative solutions.
- Create and negotiate tailored mobility solutions for corporate clients, bringing deals to closure.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of customers.
Your skills matter
To be successful in the role, you will:
- Have minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-based role.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to sell both face to face and over the phone and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to excellence and a passion for sales, with the ability to recognise and match complex customer needs.
- Proficient negotiation skills, with the ability to redirect and deescalate concerns as needed.
- Motivated and driven attitude, thriving in a competitive environment where performance targets are exceeded.
- Proficiency in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
