  • Develop strategic, insight-led creative briefs and lead the planning, production and delivery of brand communications to amplify brand storytelling
  • Manage brand projects and business‑as‑usual activity across the NRMA Group, building strong cross‑functional relationships and managing agencies and suppliers to budget, timelines and performance expectations
  • Provide leadership and support to a direct report, while overseeing core brand operations including the digital asset management platform and editorial meetings bringing together key communicators from across the Group
  • Reporting on campaign, communications and events performance.

What You'll Bring

You’re an experienced brand leader who brings strategic rigour, creative judgement and operational excellence, with a strong ability to translate brand strategy and insights into compelling stories and campaigns.  You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years’ experience in a senior brand, communications or integrated marketing role
  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end brand campaigns, communication programs and brand engagement strategies that drive both brand and business outcomes
  • Proven expertise in brand stewardship with strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A skilled storyteller, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to bring brand narratives to life across paid, owned, earned and shared channels
  • The ability to develop clear, inspiring creative briefs and confidently articulate creative thinking, rationale and direction to senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing agencies and working across multiple internal teams
  • Proven ability to establish, manage, maximise and integrate sponsorships, activations and/or events as part of a broader brand and communications strategy
