Reservations Manager

What You'll Do

The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Reservations department, which includes a Sales team and a Service team, each led by a dedicated Team Leader. This role is critical in maintaining our high standard of customer service. The primary focus is on managing daily team operations, including resource allocation, mentoring, reporting, handling escalations, and cultivating a responsive, caring and sales-driven culture. The Reservations Manager will be required to assist with frontline tasks, such as responding to calls and emails.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a passionate and proven Reservations Manager to join the Commercial team and be a long-term addition who will have/be:

• Prior experience in the travel industry preferred but not required.
• Experience managing a team.
• Reservations or sales background.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written.
• Able to prioritise and multi-task to achieve deadlines for yourself and team.
• Strong administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reservations/systems and Microsoft Office programs.
