Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Co-ordinate and support roadside assistance propositions and pricing across Consumer, B2B, and battery-related services, including emerging technologies (connected car, AI-powered solutions, EVs, battery technology)
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and product performance to identify opportunities
  • Monitor competitor pricing strategies and recommend actions to maintain NRMA’s competitive edge
  • Define and manage promotional pricing, long-term pricing strategies, and bundled service options to deliver revenue and sustainable margin growth
  • Collaborate with commercial finance and data analytics to ensure commercial viability
  • Report on product and pricing effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
  • Own initiatives aimed at increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS) through targeted improvements
  • Support go-to-market activities for new product propositions and pricing changes
  • Produce high-level and detailed requirements for delivery teams
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support implementation and change management
  • Drive effective product and pricing launches, supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated success in managing product and pricing propositions
  • Background in product or pricing or a related analytical discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across diverse teams (customer insights, product, technology, operations, enablement, membership, marketing, and go-to-market functions)
  • Creative problem-solving skills, adept at resolving product development and performance issues
  • Comfortable with data tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro, Mural), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Familiarity with user-centred design principles and a passion for value-driven experiences
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a strong grasp of end-to-end product development processes
