What you will do (besides watching whales from your desk)
Are you ready to turn clicks into campers? We’re looking for a digital dynamo to join our Marketing team, in this newly created, Full-Time position! If you live for A/B testing, dream in user journeys, and get a thrill from turning browsers into bookers, this might just be your next adventure.
In this role, you’ll take the reins of our conversion optimisation roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to bring ideas to life—from concept to launch. You’ll be the go-to for translating big-picture strategy into actionable features, user stories, and test criteria, all while championing a test-and-learn mindset.
With your finger on the pulse of user behaviour and digital trends, you’ll prioritise the sprint backlog, balance stakeholder needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams and system owners. A key part of your mission will be to optimise the online purchase path for our Business-to-Consumer products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive booking experience that turns curious clickers into happy holidaymakers. You’ll also lead the charge on go-to-market plans, track post-launch performance, and ensure every digital touchpoint is primed for growth.
What you will bring
- 3+ years in Product Management or Product Development.
- A proven track record in conversion optimisation (yes, we mean A/B testing wizardry).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and launching digital products.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with headless CMS or in the tourism/holiday park industry.
- Excellent communication skills—you can talk tech with devs and strategy with execs.
