Job Description

If you dream in data, thrive on campaign wins, and can juggle agency partners while keeping your eye on the prize (hello, commercial targets!), NRMA Parks & Resorts wants you on our team.  Reporting to the Digital and Engagement Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s digital marketing strategy to ensure that we are sufficiently and appropriately represented across digital channels, as well as accountable for the delivery of lead generation and commercial targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Digital Stage: Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns from concept to post-campaign review—always with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Lead the Charge: Drive online traffic and lead generation through smart search initiatives and performance media.
  • Keep the Wheels Turning: Juggle relationships with key stakeholders, media, and advertising agencies like a pro.
  • Budget Boss: Be accountable for performance media budgets, ensuring every dollar works hard.
  • Strategy Shaper: Contribute to the broader marketing strategy and develop digital marketing plans that make our brands stand out.
  • Agency Whisperer: Manage digital agencies, track retainer hours, and ensure deliverables are on point.
  • Data Detective: Measure, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness, turning insights into action.
  • Champion Collaboration: Support colleagues, share expertise, and help foster a digital-first, data-driven team culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or media roles
  • A proven record in developing and implementing performance strategies that deliver real commercial results
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in a brainstorm)
  • Deep experience with performance media and campaign metrics, with a focus on revenue outcomes
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Experience briefing and managing media agencies
  • Bonus points for tertiary qualifications and/or experience in motoring, travel, or tourism
