Grassy Head is calling! Positioned less than an hour's drive south of Coffs Harbour and a stone's throw from South West Rocks, this parks beachside setting, near river access and surrounding State Forest makes Grassy Head the perfect spot to unwind.
Grassy Head is the perfect sized park to begin your Park Management career. Commencing end of June 2025, this is a flex term management contract with the opportunity to lock in for 2 years.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have a commitment to providing a customer-centric, hands-on approach. We welcome a couple with fresh eyes, energy and enthusiasm. A willingness to learn and drive a guest focused park, will be key to your success. As Park Manager’s you are required to live on site. Accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package and a 2-bedroom unfurnished residence is available onsite to Park Managers.

Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN. In addition, management teams will need to demonstrate financial capacity to purchase plant and equipment (if you do not already have this). Management teams can expect to earn base income, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite. Training and handover will be provided prior to commencement.
What You’ll do
- Engage and manage employees
- Ensure top class, guest experience as your priority
- Manage all areas of park operations including, reception / back-office duties, housekeeping, grounds maintenance and amenities
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
- Manage financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen
- Lead by example ensuring efficient management practices are employed, maintaining compliance with safety and statutory standards
What you’ll bring
A successful management team will consider themselves confident, 'all-rounders' and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park environment. This varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships with employees, guests and key stakeholders.
- Current valid Drivers Licence - essential
- Current First Aid and CPR - essential
- Current WWCC – essential
We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing, finance, IT, caravan park legislation and safety.
