Lead, Inspire, and Drive Operational Excellence Across Our Parks!
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of parks. This includes employee-managed parks, contract-managed parks, and council-owned parks within your region.
Your mission? To support Park Managers in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and NRMA Parks & Resorts policies.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Park Managers to embed a culture of outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Oversee quality assurance and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage key client relationships and drive financial performance, including cost reduction strategies.
- Implement operational plans and ensure compliance with WHSE and legislative requirements.
- Visit each park at least twice a year (approximately once a month travel) to maintain strong connections and oversight.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership and operational management experience.
- Expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary management model.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Organisational strength to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- High-level problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Experience training and motivating managers to meet compliance and WHSE obligations.
- Knowledge of caravan park legislation and compliance standards.
- Background in holiday parks, resorts, accommodation, or hospitality industry.
