  • Complete administration activities relating to participant attendance, course completion, compliance requirements and funding claims.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, including attendance, lesson hours and delivery performance metrics.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support financial administration activities.
  • Provide administrative support across Driver Training functions, including scheduling, reporting and data management.
  • Act as a key liaison for Transport for NSW, facilitators, instructors, customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer enquiries, booking changes, cancellations and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support compliance activities through accurate reporting, documentation management and data integrity.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration, including compliance checks and workforce records management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new systems, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination or customer service roles.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and administration.
  • Confidence using multiple technology platforms, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has a keen interest or experience in using AI technologies to support operational efficiencies and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to organise work effectively and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance, accuracy and professionalism in all activities.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the growth and success of the Driver Training business.
