Maintenance Officer

NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is set on a spectacular beachfront location at Umina Beach on the NSW Central Coast.

What you will do:

• Incidental maintenance repairs in cabins, grounds, amenities and other facilities.
• Servicing swimming pool cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance.
• Incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
• Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware.

This casual position will be rostered approximately 20-30 hours per week.

What you will bring:

• 2+ years demonstrable experience in property maintenance
• Experience with power tools
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work under pressure
• Good presentation
• Be able to work weekends, afternoons and on call shifts occasionally
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness
• A commitment to providing great customer service
• The ability to demonstrate flexibility and reliability as this role will be working across a very busy 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends.
