Are you someone who thrives on creating those “wow” moments for guests? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Housekeeper to join our team at the beautiful Turtle Sands Resort in Mon Repos.

Reporting to our Housekeeper Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things housekeeping, making a real impact on every guest’s stay. This is your chance to provide day-to-day support to a team of Housekeepers, ensuring our villas, plus public and common spaces, are always guest-ready and sparkling clean. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide the team, keeping spirits high and standards even higher.
• Task Delegation: Keep the wheels turning by efficiently assigning tasks for smooth daily operations.
• Train & Onboard: Welcome new team members and show them the ropes, ensuring everyone knows our gold-standard procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Champion our commitment to a warm, friendly, and immaculate guest experience.
• All-Area Oversight: Oversee the cleanliness of our apartments and villas, plus all public areas and amenities.

• Roster Flexibility: Available to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays (average start 8:00am, with flexibility as needed).
