Multiple positions available: Chef, Cook and Kitchen Hand

What you’ll do:

Working in our Resort bistro, you’ll support the Kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals by providing either cooking or non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will:

• Under the direction of the Head Chef, undertake cooking duties to a consistently high standard.
• Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery
• Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant
• Assist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredient

What you’ll bring:  

• A good attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team 
• Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce 
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills 
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion 
• Demonstrated knowledge and abilities in kitchen operations.
• A genuine passion for your craft, with the ability to create and present contemporary dishes (Chef)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team and engage with colleagues.
• Formal qualifications in commercial cookery (Chef)
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
