We’re looking for an enthusiastic couple to join our team at Cradle Mountain Hotel, with one opportunity in Housekeeping and one in Food & Beverage.

Set amongst the incredible wilderness of Tasmania, this is a great opportunity to work together, meet new people and enjoy a different kind of lifestyle while building your hospitality experience.

Accommodation is available, making it even easier to pack your bags and start your next adventure together. Our existing internal Cradle Mountain materials also reference staff meals or a meals package.

The roles

Housekeeping Attendant

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas
• Help maintain linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping areas
• Bring a great eye for detail and pride in presenting rooms beautifully
• Work as part of a busy, supportive team 

Food & Beverage Attendant

• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, memorable service
• Provide food and beverage table service
• Assist with restaurant set-up and reset
• Process orders and dockets, including cashiering duties
• Bar, barista and cocktail experience will be highly regarded 

What you’ll bring

Between the two of you, we’re looking for:

• Previous housekeeping/cleaning and food & beverage experience
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well in a busy team environment
• Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in where needed
• For Food & Beverage, a current RSA may be required depending on duties.
