Victor Harbor Holiday Park, nestled along South Australia’s stunning Fleurieu Peninsula, offers an idyllic escape for families and nature enthusiasts alike. With its prime beachfront location and picturesque surroundings, the park features a range of accommodation options from safari tents and cabins to spacious campsites. Guests can enjoy a wealth of on-site amenities including a swimming pool, playgrounds, and BBQ areas, while the nearby coastal attractions, such as whale watching and scenic walks, promise endless adventure.

What you’ll do:
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Guest Service Agent with a can-do attitude to join our team at NRMA Victor Harbor holiday park. You'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and helping make their stay unforgettable. You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will:
- Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
- Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
- Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
What you’ll bring:
- Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or a similar booking system
- A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
- Creativity and leadership skills to assist with and run children activity programs during school holidays and long weekends (arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, sport games)
- Willingness to go above and beyond for our guests and to also support the Team
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
- Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
- Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
