NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park – Dunghutti Country, NSW

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service at every interaction, creating a welcoming and memorable environment for all guests.
• Assist with check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries, both in person and via phone/email.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience on Dunghutti Country.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the park including administration, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation for guest areas and facilities.
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth park operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety protocols and NRMA Parks & Resorts operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable holiday experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality or tourism experience is an advantage, but not essential.
