What you’ll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay until check out. On a daily basis you will:

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
• Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

What you’ll bring:  

• Strong guest, or customer service experience.  Knowledge of booking systems. NewBook or RMS is an advantage!
• A want to go over and above and engage in great conversations with our guests
•  A can do attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
• Flexibility to work across other areas of the business if required
