NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort is set on a spectacular beachfront location at Umina Beach on the NSW Central Coast. 90 minutes from Sydney, this family friendly park features a variety of accommodation options, cafe, year-round kids club, twin slides, pool, bouncing pillow and more!

- Find your balance with flexible work hours over a 7-day roster
- Approximately 20-30 hours offered per week in this casual role
What you’ll do:
You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.
What you’ll bring:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Well presented, friendly and welcoming
- Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you
- Team-oriented
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
- Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience preferred - hospitality industry will be highly regarded
- Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
- Available to work shifts over a 7 days rotating roster, public holidays and school holidays
