What You’ll Do
As the friendly face of our resort, you’ll be the first to welcome guests to their luxury escape and the last to wish them a fond farewell. Your infectious energy and can-do attitude will make every guest feel right at home from the moment they arrive. Here’s a taste of what you’ll get up to:
- Be the Ultimate Host: Greet guests with a warm smile and a bubbly personality, making check-ins and check-outs a breeze.
- Create Memorable Moments: Go above and beyond to wow our guests, using your initiative and creativity to ensure their stay is unforgettable.
- Master the Phones: Answer incoming calls like a pro, sharing your knowledge of our accommodation options and resort services.
- Be a Local Expert: Delight guests with insider tips and info about all the fun and relaxation our resort (and Yamba!) has to offer.
What You’ll Bring

- Drive and enthusiasm to be the best version of yourself, every shift.
- A team player spirit—supporting your colleagues and guests comes naturally.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Admin, Sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including public holidays and school holidays.
