What you will do:

NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort is an award-winning Holiday Resort centrally located on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on excellent service and ensuring our guests have a memorable holiday experience.

We strive to provide the best Food and Beverage services to our guests in line with Resort and NRMA standards to ensure top notch guest service at all times. We have permanent part time opportunities, minimum 20 hours per week and casual available.

What you will bring:

• Experience in a restaurant, cafe, bistro and or previous customer service experience.
• The ability to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards in you work, appearance and conduct.
• Outstanding customer service skills - you are friendly, welcoming and no request is too small.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (a bonus!)
