Ready to elevate Your career and make an immediate impact?
We’re seeking an EA with a strategic mindset. Someone who can quickly grasp the broader context of our business, including NRMA Parks and Resorts’ unique position within the tourism industry and its role in supporting the overarching vision of the NRMA Group. You’ll support our CEO by helping drive strategic priorities forward, building strong connections and adding value through top-tier EA service. What You'll Do
- Keep the CEO’s world turning: Juggle calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel (sometimes tagging along for the ride!).
- Be the CEO’s gatekeeper: Sort comms, prep docs, and ensure everything’s polished and on point.
- Rally the troops: Organise team events, chase up actions, and hold people (nicely) accountable.
- Build bridges: Connect with leaders and teams across NRMA Parks & Resorts and the broader NRMA Group.
- Pitch in: Help with projects, special events, and anything else that needs your magic touch.
- Provide broader support to the senior leadership team to ensure alignment.
What You'll Bring
- Experience supporting C-suite execs (you know the drill and thrive on it).
- Confidence and initiative: Someone who can speak up, keep things moving, suggest improvements and bring the good vibes.
- A knack for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Next-level organisation: A sharp eye for detail, and top-notch communication skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a sense of humour—because we like to have fun while we work!
