Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Permanent Full Time Customer Experience Agent (38 hours per week) to join the team in Hornsby

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Advising our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
  • Be our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise our customer on all protection items and extras
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet whilst selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental
  • Assist with driving and valeting cars when required

Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work during location trading hours including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience 
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic 
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence 
  • Full working rights in Australia 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
