SIXT Australia is on the lookout for 2 x Full Time Concierge to join the team at our Brisbane Airport location. 

At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you’ll learn with us.

Your role at SIXT

  • You will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process.
  • You will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions.
  • You will manage our premium vehicle fleet whilst inspecting returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.

You will assist with driving and valeting cars when required.

Your skills matter

Customer Experience: You are a natural at delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy assisting customers ensure a seamless experience.
Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.

Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable, however not essential.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full drivers license and full working rights in Australia.
