What You’ll Do:

• Serve up smiles (and more) to our wonderful guests
• Deliver top notch customer service, making every guest feel like a VIP
• Keep things sparkling clean and follow all safety and hygiene standards
• Show off those barista skills (if you’ve got them – bonus points!)
• Work closely with a passionate team to create memorable holiday moments
• The café is open 7 days a week, 7am–9pm
• Most shifts will be in the evening – perfect for those who shine after dark!

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a café, restaurant, bistro, or any customer-facing role
• A personality that’s as bubbly as our cappuccino foam – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help
• Strong customer service skills – no request is too small!
• Ability to keep things safe, clean, and running smoothly
• RSA certification – a must!
• Barista skills? Even better!
