Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Branch Manager to lead the team at Brisbane Airport

As Branch Manager, you will lead your team, manage our vehicle fleet and ensure premium service to drive our branch to success. YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for budgets, sales and market penetration across the branch, as well as increasing revenue and profitability  
  • You will guide and develop Duty Managers, Customer Experience Agents, Vehicle Detailers, Wash Bay Supervisors, and Concierge through their employee lifecycle, facilitating a high-performance culture. You will run regular performance reviews and meetings, ensuring all staff fully understand their role and how their performance is measured  
  • You are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows  
  • You ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimise processes  
  • You will be driving change and company initiatives  
  • You will generate excitement and passion in customer service initiatives through open communication and sharing of best practice  
  • You will ensure all relevant policies and procedures are implemented  

 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER  

  • Sales Talent: you are motivated, enjoy direct customer service and are a true sales talent.  
  • Industry Experience: you bring valuable experience in areas such as sales, customer service or tourism. Experience in vehicle rental industry is desirable but not essential  
  • Supervisory and Communication Skills: You possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication skills, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities  
  • Organisation and Customer Service: You are highly organised, have a service-oriented mindset and excel in customer service  

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check, hold a current full driver’s licence, and have full Australian working rights.
