Amenities Attendant: Ocean Beach Resort

What you will do:

The Amenities team are the first point of contact in ensuring the highest possible standards and consistency in our accommodation, public areas and amenities for our guests.  

• Assist to clean amenities and public areas. including BBQs.
• To ensure all laundry and linen requirements are fulfilled, in working alongside the housekeeping team
• Assist to service all cabins/rooms as required 
• Advise reception of all cabins and villas on completion of services.
• Waste removal
• Assist with the general housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of resort facilities as required
• Assist and direct visitors/guests within the resort

What you will bring:

• Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you can and contribute to the team
• Team-oriented with a "lead from the front" kind of mentality
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of processes and methods of a grounds or housekeeping department
• Capability to work in a busy and at times physically demanding position
