Building partnerships
We take great pride in our partnerships and memberships with organisations who exist to champion diversity and inclusion at work. Through these connections, we can learn and continually improve the environment we offer our people.
We're not just a resource group, RISE is a community of like-minded and passionate people committed to bringing about real change on gender equality. It's a safe, welcoming space where we encourage purposeful conversation, ongoing learning, and creating a fun and inclusive workplace for everyone.

Diversity & Inclusion Manager
I am proud to work for a company that fosters an environment where you feel safe and encouraged to be your authentic self. It’s one that connects to Countries daily to deliver impacts for First Nations peoples, organisations and communities. I feel blessed that my ancestors have paved this path for us to walk together.
Di Ellis
Senior Indigenous Engagement Manager
As a proud Thunghutti/Dunghutti (Mid North coast of NSW) Wiradjuri (North West NSW) and Jawoyn (Pine Creek NT) man. Throughout my career I always choose an organisation that their values align with my personal values. I was excited to read through The NRMA's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and dissecting their commitments for our First Nations employees, communities and most importantly employment. Working with an all inclusive organisation it allows me to bring my whole self to work, having the support and most importantly respect to share my expertise and culture in a culturally safe environment.
