We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and develop our digital marketing strategy. In this results-oriented role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, from paid media and marketing automation to data analysis and campaign management. You will play a critical role in maximizing website conversion performance, increasing member lifetime value, and driving member retention through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.  You will also:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring they deliver high-quality work that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and budget.
  • Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize website conversion performance.
  • Develop and implement a robust marketing automation strategy to nurture leads, personalize member journeys, and drive engagement.
  • Select, manage, and optimize digital marketing platforms and tools to ensure efficient campaign execution and insightful data collection.
  • Establish and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing channels.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives, including member acquisition, retention, and lifetime value growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive member retention and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments, including sales, product, and customer service.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media strategy, including SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms and their application in driving customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with data governance practices and data quality management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
