Job Description

  • Have you previously worked in a Call Centre, (Inbound or Outbound), Guest Services, Reservations or the Travel & Tourism Industry?
  • Do you have previous Lead, Supervisor or Management experience?
  • Are you a vibrant character, whose personality and smile, will shine through to each potential guest?

What you will do:

Our Sales Centre team is responsible for taking inbound calls, making reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests. You will play a vital role to provide day to day direction and support to all Sales Centre Agents to achieve performance standards and objectives.

On a daily basis, you will be required to respond to queries, take escalated calls, assist with product training, organise rosters in line with the appropriate Modern Award and supervise team members.

This a full-time permanent role. In this hybrid position, you will be required to work 2-3 days per week at our Gosford, Sales Centre base and the rest you can work from home. We operate a 7-day roster with shifts rostered between 8am- 6pm. There will be a requirement to have some availability on weekends.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skills
  • 3 years or more leadership experience
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Demonstrated operational management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment
  • A motivated and driven individual with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every call
  • MS Office and strong systems navigation skills
  • Reservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourable
  • Previous experience with Newbook will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable.

We do the training, you bring the personality! We will ensure you have the equipment, training and support that you require to guarantee success. You will need a good home office setup with access to NBN or good internet connection.
