As a Program Coordinator in the Energy PMO you will be assigned to key activities across the full breadth of program and project activities within the Energy portfolio.  You will work with other members of the PMO as well as the senior leadership team and their team members, as well as other key business partners supporting the Energy program as a whole. You will be able to develop your project management skills and gain valuable experience and exposure to a complex program of work in an emerging sector, delivering much needed infrastructure across Australia as a whole.

What You'll Do

• • Ensuring compliance to the relevant governance framework and policies
  • Preparation of packs and presentations to support
  • Collating project artefacts from stakeholders ready for approval submission
  • Support for production of program and stream level timelines in line with the pre-defined plan
  • Management of the “single source of truth” information storage repository including version control process
  • Ensure governance and assurance are embedded in design and roll out of work streams for licence to operate
  • Support team with any financial reporting and invoice processing where required

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience working in a large project or program environment would be ideal
• Must be a good operator with good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Confident with financials and financial reporting
• Self-starter who uses own initiative and has a desire to learn with a growth mindset.
• Experience of any of the below would be an advantage in this position:
  • Governance adherence
  • Minute taking, action list creation, follow up
  • Registers – Action, Risk, Dependency etc.
  • Project planning
  • Kanban/project boards
  • Producing presentations
