What You’ll Do (besides mop up the competition!)

• Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas - keeping everything spick, span, and guest-ready.
• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards - because we don’t settle for anything less than spotless!
• Change linen, clean cabins/rooms, replenish stock, and record items in rooms -making sure every stay is fresh as a daisy.
• Work with a great team but also shine when working solo - because you know when to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Bring the muscle! A suitable level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of the role, along with a resilient and can-do attitude.
• Polish your skills and stir up your career - enjoy the chance to be cross-trained in our café and front office too

What You’ll Bring (besides your cleaning caddy!)

• A sparkling reputation for excellent customer service - you love a good chat with guests and know how to make them feel welcome.
• Good time management and a sharp eye for detail - you spot a stray sock from a mile away!
• The ability to follow direction and meet daily expectations - no dust left unturned.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays - because dust doesn’t take days off!
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (bonus points!), but a vibrant attitude and team spirit are a must.
• Willingness to help out across other departments if needed - because you’re a true team player.
