With an almost immediate start available, you will ensure the highest possible standard of Guest Services in the Front Office department and play a key role in supporting the Front Office team.

What you’ll do:
You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out and assisted with any other requests. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings, services and tours.

• Availability to start immediately
• Well presented, friendly and welcoming
• Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you
• Team-oriented
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guests
• Reception/Front Office/Admin/Sales Agent experience preferred - hospitality industry will be highly regarded
• Park Management system experience (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not necessary)
• Available to work shifts over a 7 days rotating roster
