Grounds Officer: Treasure Island Resort

What you will do:

Find your balance and join our Grounds and Maintenance team, where no day is ever same at NRMA Treasure Island Resort!  This is a Full Time permanent position.  Availability is required for shifts rostered across some weekends for either morning or afternoon shifts as required operationally.

This role is focused solely on our Grounds and to ensure premium presentation for our guests.  You will assist with gardening projects, maintenance of garden beds adn the pruning and mowing of all outdoor areas.  Incidental customer service assistance may be required across our caravan and camping sites, amenities and other facilities.  You will have the knowledge and capability to adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
• Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history
• An interest to engage with guests
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness

Please note, this is a physically demanding role.
