Wash Supervisor

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Wash Supervisor to join the team at Brisbane Airport. 

As a Wash Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day support for our vehicle detailing team and ensure all vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards. 

Your key responsibilities will include:  

• Maintaining detailing standards through checklists and regular ‘spot checks’ 
• Shift management of fleet supply in conjunction with the other managers at the location 
• Ensuring all staff have the required adequate training to perform the tasks required 
• Ensuring all staff fully understand their role and how their performance will be measured 
• Managing work shifts to comply with current Award conditions 
• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer 
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage 
• Delivering vehicles between sites 

• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays 
• Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (essential) 
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence 
• Full working rights in Australia 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
